Terms
Terms of use.
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms cover the Tunnelz apps and plans. By installing the app or starting a plan, you agree to them.
What Tunnelz is
Tunnelz is software that builds a VPN server in your own Vultr account and connects your devices to it. The server belongs to you and is billed to you by Vultr, separately from your Tunnelz plan (usually about $5 a month). You can delete it from the app at any time.
Plans and the free trial
- New plans start with 3 free days. A card is needed to start; you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Monthly ($12.99) and Yearly ($79.99) plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; the plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
- The Trip Pass ($19.99) covers 30 days and doesn't renew.
- Each plan covers two devices. Prices may include tax depending on where you live.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, and their buyer terms also apply.
Refunds
The free trial is there so you can make sure Tunnelz works for you before you pay. Payments aren't refundable, except where the law where you live says otherwise. If something went wrong with a charge, write to hello@tunnelz.app and we'll look at it.
Using Tunnelz
You're responsible for how you use Tunnelz and your server, and for following the laws that apply to you. Don't use it to attack, spam or harm others, or to break into systems you don't own.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Tunnelz fast and reliable, but networks change, and we can't promise it will work on every network, every day. Tunnelz is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
Ending
You can stop using Tunnelz at any time. We may suspend a plan that's used to harm others. When a plan ends, the app stops connecting; your server stays in your Vultr account until you delete it, and the app offers to delete it for you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on this page and, if you have an account, by email before it applies.
